No Maps Day
Sunrise to sunset across at least three neighbourhoods, navigating only by asking humans. Phone stays in your pocket.
How to do it
- Pick a starting point and a rough end point, and keep your phone off or in a pocket for the whole day. Carry cash and a charged battery for emergencies.
- Ask a different person at each turn, such as a shop owner, a conductor or a traffic marshal.
- Pass through at least three neighbourhoods between sunrise and sunset.
- Write down the route you ended up taking.
